Welcome to U Find We ('the Platform', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using this Platform, you ('the User', 'Member', 'Soul') agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

U Find We is a free digital community platform designed to facilitate genuine spiritual connection between consenting adults. We are not a dating agency, matchmaking service, escort service, or provider of any professional therapeutic, medical, psychological, or legal services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and U Find We. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We do not require government-issued identification or invasive age verification mechanisms. We rely on the honesty and integrity of our Members in self-declaring their age, in keeping with our commitment to privacy and minimal data collection.

You may only hold one active account at any time. Creating duplicate or false accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

Membership is open to individuals of all backgrounds, spiritual traditions, beliefs, and walks of life, provided they engage with our community in good faith and in alignment with our Community Standards.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. U Find We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information when creating and maintaining your profile. Impersonation of any person, entity, or spiritual figure is strictly prohibited.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

U Find We is a platform built on the principle that each individual is the author of their own spiritual journey. By joining this community, you acknowledge and agree that you enter all connections, conversations, and in-person meetings entirely of your own free will.

You take full personal accountability for how you interpret, act upon, or are affected by interactions with other Members. The Platform does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the spiritual beliefs, practices, claims, advice, or conduct of any Member.

Any guidance, insight, or sharing offered by Members is personal in nature and does not constitute professional therapeutic, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You agree not to rely on any such sharing as a substitute for qualified professional counsel.

U Find We is not liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or spiritual outcomes arising from connections made through the Platform. Your journey is yours. We simply hold the space.

All Members agree to engage with the Platform and with each other in good faith, with kindness, and in alignment with our Community Standards. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent account termination:

U Find We may facilitate the discovery and organisation of in-person gatherings, Soul Circles, and meet-ups between Members. All such meetings are entirely voluntary and organised at the sole discretion of the individuals involved.

U Find We does not vet, verify, background-check, or take responsibility for any Member attending in-person events. You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other Members in person.

We strongly encourage all Members to follow personal safety guidelines: meet in public places initially, inform a trusted friend of your plans, and trust your instincts at all times. If something does not feel right, please remove yourself from the situation.

U Find We assumes no liability for any harm, loss, injury, or consequence arising from in-person meetings facilitated through or inspired by the Platform.

U Find We offers an optional peer-to-peer video calling feature that allows consenting Members to connect face-to-face within the Platform. This feature is provided solely as a tool for Members to verify each other's identity and build genuine connection beyond text-based messaging.

By initiating or accepting a video call through U Find We, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which are material to your use of this Platform:

You retain ownership of any content you create and share on the Platform, including profile information, photos, forum posts, and messages. By submitting content to U Find We, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You confirm that any content you share does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time and without notice if it violates these Terms, our Community Standards, or applicable law. We do not routinely monitor all content on the Platform but will act on reports promptly.

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also deactivate or delete your account through your profile settings.

As a spiritual community, some profile information (such as your spiritual path, practices, and intentions) is voluntarily shared by you and may be visible to other Members. Please share only what you feel comfortable with.

U Find We is a free platform. We do not charge for access, membership, or any core feature. We accept voluntary donations from Members who wish to support the continued operation and development of the Platform.

All donations are entirely voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any additional rights, features, priority access, or influence over Platform decisions.

Donation payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. U Find We does not store your full payment card details.

Disputed donation payments or chargebacks may result in the suspension of associated features or account privileges until the matter is resolved.

U Find We allows event hosts ('Hosts', 'Organisers') to list events that require payment from attendees ('Paid Events', 'Ticketed Events'). By creating or attending a Paid Event through this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which are material to your use of the Platform:

The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

U Find We does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in any specific spiritual outcome, connection, relationship, or personal development. All such journeys are entirely the responsibility of the individual.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, U Find We and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, physical harm, financial loss, or reputational damage. This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from Paid Events, event cancellations, and transactions between Members.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have donated to U Find We in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 GBP, whichever is greater. For the avoidance of doubt, U Find We's liability cap does NOT apply to funds paid to Hosts for events — those transactions are between you and the Host, and U Find We bears no liability for them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U Find We, its operators, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these Terms. This indemnity extends to any claim brought by a third party arising from or relating to an event you have hosted or attended.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Platform where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or events of force majeure.

You may close your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, our Community Standards, or applicable law - or if we believe your continued presence poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of other Members.

Upon termination, any licences granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication. We genuinely want to resolve things peacefully.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to these Terms, please reach out to us through the Forums or via any contact method available on the Platform. We are a small, heart-centred team and we aim to respond to all genuine enquiries with care and in a timely manner.

The U Find We name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, code, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of U Find We and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

All goodwill generated through your use of the Platform inures to the benefit of U Find We.

U Find We is not a party to any interactions, conversations, financial transactions, or disputes between Members. We do not mediate, arbitrate, or adjudicate disputes between Members — whether interpersonal, financial, or otherwise.

Members are solely responsible for resolving any disagreements, conflicts, claims, or refund requests arising from their interactions with other Members, including but not limited to Paid Events, event cancellations, and payment disputes. You agree not to involve U Find We in any such disputes or to make any claim against us arising from the conduct of another Member or the non-delivery of a Paid Event.

We may, at our sole discretion, provide tools such as blocking, reporting, or account suspension to help Members manage their interactions and protect the community, but use of these tools does not create any obligation on our part to intervene, mediate, or compensate any party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

No Member or User is an agent, employee, partner, or representative of U Find We. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Standards, constitute the entire agreement between you and U Find We regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

We may send notices to you via email or by posting them on the Platform. You consent to receive all communications from us electronically.
